mportant Instructions for Fans Ahead of the HŠK Zrinjski vs. NK Bravo Match

After playing fourteen European matches last season and witnessing a historic autumn in the group stage, we start our new European journey with tonight’s match in front of our home fans against Slovenian Bravo.

In the first match of the second round of qualifications for the UEFA Conference League, our opponent will be the Slovenian representative, who is playing on the international stage for the first time this season. They eliminated Welsh Connah’s Quay Nomads FC in the first round of qualifications after extra time (0:1, 2:0).

The return match is scheduled for next Thursday in Ljubljana, and the draw on Monday decided that the winner of this duel will play against the loser of the match between Greek Panathinaikos and Bulgarian Botev in the play-off round.

Good luck, Nobles!

Referees

The main referee for tonight’s match will be 35-year-old Swiss referee Lionel Tschudi, who has been officiating in the top tier of Swiss football since the 2016/2017 season. He will be assisted by his compatriots Matthias Sbrissa, Bastien Lengacher, and Anojen Kanagasingam.

Conditional punishment

Given the fact that, following last season’s match against Legia, we have been conditionally punished with playing one match behind closed doors—a penalty that will be in effect for two years—HŠK Zrinjski strongly appeals to fans to refrain from any form of inappropriate behavior. This primarily includes the use of pyrotechnics (rockets, flares, etc.) and throwing objects onto the field. This is to prevent the activation of the penalty in our next European match, which we sincerely believe will take place on August 15.
