Nemanja Bilbija underwent additional examinations today at the Special Hospital Sveta Katarina, which unfortunately confirmed that our captain’s injury from the match against Borac (1:0) is of a more serious nature, requiring surgical intervention and a multi-month rehabilitation process.
Our captain was injured in the first leg of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Cup final, where he made his 257th official appearance, thus equalling the record set by Pero Stojkić.
In the current season, he has made 47 appearances in all competitions and scored 29 goals.
