BiH Cup: Zrinjski opened the spring with a place in the quarterfinals

We opened the continuation of the season with a place in the quarterfinals of the BiH Cup.

The Nobles secured their spot with a 1:0 victory over Igman in Konjic, thanks to a goal from debutant Jakov Pranjić. With this win, Zrinjski advanced to the two-legged quarterfinals, where they will face the winner of the FK Sarajevo – FK Sloga match, scheduled for Sunday.

In the first match of the second half of the season, the coaching staff fielded a lineup featuring two new players. Alongside Pranjić, who was the standout performer of the match, young Toni Majić also made his debut.

As known, the Nobles have won the BiH Cup in the past two seasons and are now aiming for their fourth title in the competition.

Mario Ivanković and his team now shift their focus to league duties, with the title race continuing next Sunday in a home match against Željezničar.
