Hrvoje Barišić, in yesterday’s second leg of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Cup final, had the honor of wearing the captain’s armband and made his 203rd official appearance for HŠK Zrinjski.
The experienced 33-year-old defender surpassed Velibor Đurić (202 appearances) with this match and entered the Top 5 in terms of appearances for the eight-time Bosnian champions.
Ahead of him are only Mario Ivanković (210), Slobodan Jakovljević (245), and record-holders Nemanja Bilbija and Pero Stojkić (257).
Barišić has won four league titles (2014, 2018, 2022, 2023) and two Cups (2022, 2023) with Zrinjski, and his contract with the Nobles extends until 2026.
